RICHARD PEARSON (Editor) recently edited Muppets From Space. Previously, he edited four productions for HBO's critically-acclaimed series From the Earth to the Moon, including: "We Have Cleared The Tower" for director Lili Zanuck, "Is That All There Is?" for director Jon Turtletaub, "1968" (nominated for an Emmy Award and an American Cinema Editor's Award) for director David Frankel and "Le Voyage Dans La Lune" for director Johnathan Mostow. Produced by Ron Howard, Brian Grazer and Tom Hanks, the series is comprised of 13 one-hour episodes on the Apollo Space Program. From The Earth to The Moon marks the largest programming investment ever made by HBO.

After attending the London International Film School and a short stint working in promotions, Pearson moved to Los Angeles and began freelancing for leading commercial and music video companies such as Propaganda and Satellite Films. Working with many top directors including Michael Bay, Antoine Fuqua and Spike Jonze, Pearson served as editor on numerous projects including music videos for such artists as Michael Jackson, Melissa Ethridge, Paul Simon and Madonna.

Among Pearson's many television credits are three seasons of New York Undercover, South Beach, Mann and Machine and a pilot entitled The Invisible Man for Universal Television.
